Nutritional Psychology Nutritional Psychology is the scientific study of how what we eat affects the way we feel. Increasing studies have shown a strong link between depression, anxiety, and the standard American Diet (aka high carbohydrates and low nutrients.) More severe conditions such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder have been treated effectively with nutrient therapy and other nutritionally based strategies.
